We stayed at the Shelter Beach Resort, the stay was very comfortable and the ambiance was excellent. The resort has private access to the beach that is the added advantage. It is a good spot for playing at the beach and for family gatherings/ parties. They had separate swimming pool for kids and adults. The rooms were so clean and tidy. We had variety of cuisines. The food was very good. The staffs were very courtesy and very helpful. We had a very peaceful stay and truly enjoyed every moment at the resort. The garden was well maintained. The whole resort was greenery and quiet. There was no insects inspite of so many trees. They had a very spacious outdoor games for kids. The indoor games room had all the facilities. On the whole we truly had a wonderful vacation and looking forward to come back soon.

Though we stayed for a day, we liked this small, cozy and comfortable resort. The rooms too seem to have been renovated recently. Since we had to check out early, much before the breakfast time, the dining staff went out of their way to provide us with quick breakfast,

1. The location - lots of greenery, close proximity to beach, smooth check-in & check out and of course great food. 2. IPL live over a large screen, seated in open lawn with dinner. 3. Mango trees, green lawns on the beach front

Room was good sea view. Some materials like cot was old wood but otherwise comfort was good. Can't expect like ultra modern new houses like intercontinental or Sheraton grand but a good resort with good rooms in sea side. Lawn is well maintained and proximity to beach is there. Staff were very friendly and took care of us well.

The highlight of our stay was the extremely helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us (a British couple visiting India) feel welcome. The staff at Reception helped us with whatever we needed and the staff in the restaurant were so charming. They explained all of the menu to us and helped us pick some delicious choices! Our room was also great, very spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect. The pool is also very large and well maintained.

Location is good with access to private beach. Rooms are adequate in size and clean. The entire resort has been recently painted and maintained well. Staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay pleasant. Adequate place for private parking.

The location of the resort was excellent, right on the East Coast road with direct access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable, food was good, including the complimentary breakfast with lot of items to choose from. The property is just a hundred metres or so away from the crocodile bank.
